The Challenge

VILLA ERTO is a family-owned hotel and restaurant nestled in the stunning landscapes of Khodasheni, Kakheti.

The client’s primary requirement was a logo that could instantly evoke feelings of warmth, hospitality, and a welcoming family atmosphere. The logo needed to be more than just a symbol; it had to tell a story—creating a clear connection to the region's famous wine heritage, the tranquility of the countryside, and the warm essence of Georgian nature.

Our goal was to design a brand identity that visually narrates the story of Villa Erto, creating an emotional connection that inspires guests to visit and experience the retreat for themselves.

The Result

The final result is an illustrative logo that fully satisfies the client’s emotional objectives through thoughtful storytelling.

Key Elements:

  • The Narrative: The logo depicts a family (or group of friends) standing in a cozy setting, holding glasses of wine. This scene directly communicates a sense of familial hospitality and tranquility.
  • The Kakhetian Context: The mountains in the background highlight the natural beauty of the Kakheti region, while the central Qvevri (traditional Georgian wine vessel) serves as a direct symbol of wine-making heritage and Georgian tradition.
  • Visual Tone: The design features a vintage, handcrafted aesthetic. Paired with a deep green and cream color palette, it creates a warm, inviting, and unforgettable impression that perfectly aligns with the hotel’s branding goals.

Through this design, VILLA ERTO gained a powerful, instantly recognizable identity that promises tourists more than just a place to stay—it promises an emotional connection to Georgian culture.
